1. Who we are
VigorTempo is a habit and ritual tracking service (mobile app + vtempo.vivekumar08.com). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
Account: email and name, and — if you add them in Edit Profile — date of birth, gender, and phone number. Usage: the rituals, schedules, goals, completions, streaks, mood check-ins and reminder settings you create. Device & technical: push notification tokens, device/platform info, timezone, and basic log data. Authentication: Google account identifier when you sign in with Google. We do NOT collect or store card/bank details.
3. How we use your information
To provide and personalise the service; create and schedule your rituals; send reminders and notifications (push and email); track streaks and show insights; process and manage subscriptions; keep you signed in; secure the service and prevent abuse; and improve features.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Your card/UPI/bank details are entered with and handled by Razorpay — we never receive or store them. We store only your plan, subscription status, renewal date, and a Razorpay subscription reference needed to manage your subscription.
5. Notifications
To deliver reminders we use push notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) and email. You can control or disable reminders in the app’s settings and your device/OS notification settings.
6. Service providers we share with
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with processors that run the service: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (transactional emails and login codes), Google (sign-in), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery). Hosting and database providers process data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law.
7. Cookies & sessions
On the website we use strictly necessary, httpOnly session cookies to keep you signed in after login or a magic-link upgrade. We do not use them for advertising.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (e.g. payment/tax records) to comply with the law.
9. Security
We use measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, httpOnly cookies, and one-time, short-lived login/magic tokens. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
10. Your rights
You can view and edit your profile in the app, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, via the Support page. We will respond as required by applicable law.
11. Children
VigorTempo is not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.
12. International transfers & changes
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours, with appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
