1. Acceptance of these terms
VigorTempo ("the app", "we", "us") is a habit and ritual tracking service available on mobile and at vtempo.vivekumar08.com. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use VigorTempo. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. What VigorTempo does
VigorTempo lets you create daily rituals/habits, set schedules and goals, receive reminders (including lead-time heads-up notifications and full-screen alarms), track streaks and completion, and view insights and a calendar of your consistency. Features vary by plan and platform.
4. Your account & sign-in
You can sign in with email and password, a one-time email code, Google, or a one-time magic link generated from the app. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials and device secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may use cookies and tokens to keep you signed in.
5. Reminders are not professional advice
Reminders — including medication or health-related rituals you create — are convenience tools only. They are NOT medical, health, or professional advice, and delivery is not guaranteed (it can be affected by your device, OS battery/notification settings, or connectivity). Do not rely on VigorTempo for anything safety- or health-critical. Always follow guidance from a qualified professional.
6. Subscriptions & billing
VigorTempo offers a Free plan and paid plans — Premium (₹99/month, ₹699/year) and Family for up to 5 members (₹179/month, ₹1,499/year). Paid plans are billed in INR via Razorpay and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, no reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, or interfering with the service or its notifications. Family plan sharing is limited to the stated number of members.
8. Intellectual property
The app, website, branding, and content (excluding the data you create) are owned by VigorTempo and its licensors. You keep ownership of the ritual and personal data you enter; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VigorTempo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or missed reminders, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
